3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be a resident of India
  • You must have a valid PAN card
  • You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements

3.2 Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Investment Advisory Services

4.1 Advisory Nature

Our investment advice is based on information provided by you and market analysis. All investment decisions are ultimately made by you, and we do not guarantee any returns or outcomes.

4.2 Risk Assessment

We will assess your risk profile based on your financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance. You must inform us of any changes to your circumstances.

5. Fees and Charges

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Outstanding fees must be paid before termination.

9.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment of fees, or for any reason with 30 days' notice.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Grievance Procedure

Any complaints should first be addressed to our Grievance Officer. If not resolved within 30 days, you may approach SEBI or other regulatory authorities.

10.2 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved through our grievance procedure shall be settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.

11. Regulatory Compliance

We are registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisor and comply with all applicable regulations including:

  • SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013
  • SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
